4th Impact delivered an impressive performance of Beyonce's hit despite Celina's medical condition.

The Filipino quartet delivered another powerful performance taking on Beyoncé's "Work It Out" from the movie "Austin Powers" on the third live show of X Factor UK.

Mylene, Irene, Almira, and Celina pulled off a flawless number despite an earlier medical emergency. Their youngest sister Celina passed out before their performance and the producers had to call an ambulance to check on her, Mirror reported.

The 19-year-old sibling still managed to perform without a trace of wooziness until the end of their performance when she almost fainted. Good thing her sister Irene was hugging her.

Simon Cowell suggested that she get off the stage so she can rest. Host Olly Murs got her a chair and water so she was sitting down while the judges quickly gave their critiques.

The all-girl Asian group revealed in their video how they practiced hard for the performance. Viewers were also given an inside look on their creative and styling process.

On a fun note, the sisters showed their cooking skills to fellow contestants by cooking the classic Filipino dish "chicken adobo."

The judges were all unanimous in their praises for the group. They were all impressed that they were able to pull off an impressive performance given circumstance.

According to Express, mentor Cheryl Fernandez-Versini offered her girls to just play the dress run tape instead of performing but they were adamant and really wanted to perform live.

The judges gave a standing ovation to the powerhouse petites.

Cowell said that their performance was one of the best in the show's history. Rita Ora said that it was an inspiring performance and called Celina a hero. Nick Grimshaw said that Beyoncé is a perfectionist and what they did was perfect.
