Quartet 4th Impact gave an astounding performance of Ariana Grande's hit "Problem" on their first live show in The X Factor UK.
The group was originally assigned the song "Shut Up and Dance" by Walk the Moon but they couldn't seem to get their harmony right during rehearsal, The Express reported.
They told their mentor Cheryl Fernandez-Versini that they were having problems with the song. Versini told them to go with their gut.
They were later on assigned the song "Problem" which was a perfect fit for their vocals.
The judges and the audience loved their performance. Simon Cowell called their performance "fantastic" and emphasized that their vocals were terrific.
Nick Grimshaw said that their performance had set the level of competition for the show.
Rita Ora couldn't contain her disbelief that such powerful voices could come from those petite bodies. She also highlighted their camaraderie as sisters, which was very evident during their performance.
According to CNN Philippines, 4th Impact gained a new fan in Lindsay Lohan who posted on her Instagram that she loves the girls and her vote is with them!
Meanwhile, other group contenders namely Alien Uncovered performed Jessie J's "Do It Like A Dude" and Reggie 'N' Bollie performed "It Wasn't Me" by Shaggy.
In Telegraph's interactive voting poll, 4th Impact ranked first. They are followed by Louisa Johnson, Che Chesterman, Lauren Murray, and Sean Miley Moore to round up the top five finalists.
Bupsi, Maison Noise, and Reggie 'N' Bollie were at the bottom three based on the site's unofficial results.
