Head judge on the "X Factor" show Simon Cowell is pulling out all the stops to secure Adele and Sam Smith for his show's live performances.
The boss of the ITV talent show is reportedly trying his very best to convince "Rolling In The Deep" singer Adele to make her grand comeback to TV performances on his show rather than on its rival "Strictly Come Dancing."
Recently according to the Mirror the rating for Britain's "X Factor" have been over shadowed by the pre-show launch of "Strictly Come Dancing."
The ratings have remained low despite Cowell changing the line-up of judges to include "I Will Never Let You Down" singer Rita Ora and Nick Grisham.
A source quoted by the publication said Cowell is well aware of what Adele and "Stay With Me" singer Sam Smith's first public TV performance of the latest theme for the James Bond movie "SPECTRE" can do to prop up the ratings for his show.
In addition the source has been quoted as saying that Cowell has told his team to do whatever it takes to have the two singing sensations on his live shows and do whatever needs to be done to ensure the rival show has no access to them.
According to reports Cowell is not stopping there and is looking at more big names and is determined to have performances by the likes of Elle Goulding and Rihanna grace the live shows as well. He is looking for comeback performances by singers such as Janet Jackson as well.
Meanwhile the "Like I Can" singer has kept mum on the matter as yet to reveal any real details about the James Bond theme song according to the Daily Mail. However, he was quoted in the publication as saying the he will be looking to write a love song but something "classic and timeless."
