Robert Downey Jr. is Tony Star/ Iron Man.

Chris Evans voiced his thoughts on joining co-star Robert Downey Jr. in an 'Iron Man 4' film.

In his interview with Entertainment Weekly, Evans said that he would be happy to be in an "Iron Man" movie. The actor added that he and Downey had been in so many movies together and the titles were almost, at this point inconsequential. It is notable that Evans and Downey shared the big screen in Marvel films like "The Avengers" and "Avengers: Age of Ultron."

Pairing up various superheroes has become of Marvel's Cinematic Universe, according to Cinema Blend. This is exemplified by Black Widow and War Machine's debuting in "Iron Man 2," Captain America teaming up with Black Widow and Falcon in Joe Russo and Anthony Russo's "Captain America: Winter Soldier," and The Hulk joining Thor in Taika Waititi's "Thor: Ragnarok."

It has been a while since fans have last seen Tony Stark in Shane Black's "Iron Man 3" in 2013. At the moment, Marvel has not given a word with regard to a fourth "Iron Man" film, which suggests that the chances of having an "Iron Man 4" movie are slim.

Meanwhile, Captain America and Iron Man are set to clash due to the Sokovian Accords in the Russos' upcoming "Captain America: Civil War." The film will see the two Avengers split, forming their own factions. Captain America is joined by The Winter Soldier, Falcon, Ant-Man, Hawkeye, and Agent 13, while Iron Man is joined by War Machine, Black Widow, Vision, and Black Panther.

The Russos' "Captain America: Civil War" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on May 6, 2016.
