"Super Smash Bros." the final is without a doubt one of the most-awaited games next year. Nintendo Direct announced a wide array of new content yesterday. These include the three new, playable characters and a number of amiibo figures.
Bayonetta is the top choice in the Smash Bros. character poll, which was conducted earlier this year, according to Ars Technica. The character will have two looks. First is her long-haired look from the original game and the second is the short-haired from the "Bayonetta 2." The said character also comes with the Umbra Clock Tower stage, which will be available in February 2016 for $5.99 each on Wii U and 3DS and $6.00 if you prefer a bundle for both game consoles.
The "Super Smash Bros. 4" will also be adding Corrin from the "Fire Emblem Fates," Latin Times reported. The character has male and female version just like Robin and the Wii Fit Trainer. However, Corrin does not have any custom stage but those who are interested in buying the character can take advantage its other goodies. Corrin is set to be launched in February 2016 and can be purchased for $4.99 each on both Wii U and 3DS and $5.99 if you prefer the bundle.
The all new set of amiibo characters were also unveiled. Characters of Ryu, Rob and Roy will be available in the US on the 18th of March 2016. Nintendo also announced that they are already working on amiibo figures for Bayonetta.
A total of 58 playable fighters, 97 Mii Fighter hats, 84 stages, 743 Wii U trophies, 707 3DS trophies, 507 music tracks, and 99 Mii Fighter outfits will be showcased by Smash Bros. according to Sakurai.
