Bobby Flay and Chelsea Handler have been spotted out on a cozy dinner at Blue Plate Oysterette in Santa Monica last week. Rumor has it, the celebrity chef has moved on from Giada de Laurentiis and started dating the TV host comedian.
As reported by Page Six, Flay and Handler looked very much on a date. Onlookers held that they looked "flirty" as they sat at the back corner table in the popular restaurant. They also pulled up to the restaurant in the same car.
In an interview with The Ellen Show, Handler shared that she will be going on her first date with "someone famous" that night. While she did not drop any names, the "Chelsea Does" host said that he works in an "extension" of show business. She could be very well be talking about the celebrity chef that time.
When asked how the two met, Handler said that a common friend set them up. She shared that she never even met the guy but added that DeGeneres knew him.
"If things get successful then I'll say, this is where I announced our relationship even before it started. What a beautiful love story," she joked.
In the interview, Handler also shared that she is starting to warm up to the idea of marriage. She has always been very vocal about not wanting to get married, but this time around, she shared that she is actually considering it. She explained that she is kind of doing it "out of rebellion."
"Now that I turn 40, now that no one is asking me to get married, now I'm open to do it. Now that I have no viable prospects, I'm not dating anybody, now I can actually see myself doing it," she shared.

While it has yet to be confirmed if Flay and Handler have really started dating, this news definitely disappointed fans of Flay and de Laurentiis who are rooting for the celebrity chefs to get together. When Flay finalized his divorce with Stephanie March last year, many assumed that he and de Laurentiis will finally start dating. Turns out, their relationship may be nothing but rumors after all.
