After 18 years, "Metal Gear Solid" is set to make a comeback with "Metal Gear Solid Remake" being worked by an independent developer.
It is said that this "Metal Gear Solid" comeback will make all Xbox One and PlayStation fans ecstatic. The developer has been working on the remake of "Metal Gear Solid" on an Unreal Engine 4 for years now, and it seems that the final product could be worth the effort.
It was Konami who first released the "Metal Gear Solid," and according to the information, the company still owns the copyright which might be an issue with the remake project that may run into, remarked Alram Hernande, the remake creator. Hernande further said he wanted to openly share the project from the beginning so that the copyright issue can be resolved the earliest possible time.
He is also said to remark that this decision could be better than jeopardizing the project after years of effort being put in. Hernande went on to say that he needed permission from Konami and requested to honor his decision. The apprehension arises in the wake of a similar situation happened when a fan project was shut down by Koanmi in 2014. According to reports, the shutdown stopped a team of developers working on the remake of the original 1987 "Metal Gear" game.
Going by news from the Daily Star, fans are finding hope that the project would be completed after Konami is understood to have entered into an agreement with the fan project. It is evident from the tweets being received by the project's twitter handle (@ShadowMosesGame) from Koanmi that there is big news behind the scene, and things are getting exciting.

Latest reports confirm about fans becoming ecstatic on hearing the news of the comeback of the "Metal Gear Solid."
"Metal Gear Solid," which was created by Hideo Kojima, is an action adventure stealth video game published by Konami. The first "Metal Gear Solid" game was released for MSX in 1987. Players take control of Solid Snake, a special forces cooperative, to find a super weapon that has the ability to launch nuclear weapons. The super weapon is called Metal Gear.
