Gia Giudice has recently given an update about her mother, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, who is currently serving a 15-month sentence in prison for fraud, which started on Jan. 5.
"My dad has been amazing. Like, he's honestly the rock. He's helping us so much," the 14-year-old said in an interview with Access Hollywood.
After the Bravo reality show star was sentenced to prison on Oct. 2, 2014, her fellow "Real Housewives" stars responded with sympathy. "Real Housewives Of New York" star Bethenny Frankel told Us Weekly, "It actually gives me the chills. It's a long time but she'll definitely get through it."
After starring in "RHONY" in its first three seasons, Frankel did not return for the fourth season in 2010 and went on marrying Jason Hoppy, who she eventually split from. The two have a four-year-old daughter named Bryn.
While she was not in "RHONY," Frankel had a lot of TV projects, which include "Bethenny Ever After" and her own talk show "Bethenny," which was canceled in May 2014 after failing to attract high ratings since it was launched again in September 2013.
LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer are the only original cast members left as of the last season. Frankel's rival Kelly Bensimon and former friend Jill Zarin both left the show in 2011.
Explaining her decision to come back to the reality show, Frankel said she is such a different person and in such a different place than when she was on the first season of the show.
