"The Walking Dead" (TWD) Season 6 returns with an explosive episode 9 on Feb. 14, Sunday. The midseason premiere is titled "Now Way Out" and it picks up from where the end-credit scene of the midseason finale left off. Here are detailed spoilers for the highly anticipated segment of the AMC's fan-favourite series. Read on to find out what happens in the midseason opener. According to the Spoiler TV's description for episode 9 of Season 6, Rick and his group try to find their way out of Alexandria. However, their plan hits a snag when an unknown noise attracts the walkers towards them leading to a havoc.
Meanwhile, The Spoiling Dead Fans has revealed details from "The Walking Dead" (TWD) Season 6 midseason premiere. According to the summary posted on Facebook page, episode 9 opens with Sasha, Daryl and Abraham's first encounter with Negan's gang. As for Rick and the group, they attempt to get to their vehicles by walking with the giant horde of zombies. Judith and Gabriel head to the church. And then Sam drops his cover and gets attacked by the zombies. Jessie, too, scream and gets attacked. But she refuses to let go off Carl. So, Rick is forced to lacerate her arm. Agitated Ron, fires a bullet at Rick which accidentally hit Carl in the eye. Michonne strikes back at Ron with the katana. Rick, Michonne and Carl are the only three people who find a way out of the scene.
Those who are trapped in the house, remain inside the house as they don't have weapons. Outside, Denise and Wolf attempt to escape the zombie attack. At some point, the Wolf gets bitten by a walker in an attempt to save Denise and dies after being shot by Carol.
Denise manages to escape and join Aaron, Heath, Spencer and others in the infirmary. Rick, along with Michonne and Carl finds his way to infirmary where Denise takes care of Carl and Rick and others decide to fight back.
Elsewhere, Glenn and Enid finally reach Alexandria. Together, they try to save Maggie. This will, however, lead to another near-death experience for Glenn. He is saved by Abraham and Sasha, who just reached Alexandria.
The entire group comes together and opens a war against the zombies, Daryl blows up a tank pushing a huge horde of walkers into the fire. Successfully, the group manages to annihilate the entire swarm of walkers. And the episode closes with Rick sharing an emotional moment with unconscious Carl, who slips into coma.
