Hailey Baldwin has traveled to New York City for fashion week after revealing the status of her relationship with Justin Bieber.
Following months of back-and-forth with the 21-year-old singer, model Baldwin appears focused on her career.
"I wish everyone could understand how cold it actually is," Baldwin wrote on Instagram on Feb. 13, along with a photo of herself standing on a New York City street.
At the end of December 2015, Baldwin and Bieber sparked rumors of a possible romance when the traveled to the island of Anguilla with Bieber’s family. After celebrating Christmas, the two appeared to confirm their relationship with a passionate New Year’s Eve kiss. However, once the rumored pair returned to their homes in Los Angeles, weeks passed without a Baldwin-Bieber sighting.
By the end of last month, things appeared to be all but over between Baldwin and Bieber when Bieber’s interview with GQ Magazine stated otherwise. While chatting with the magazine, Bieber said he didn't want to lead anyone to believe he was only theirs only to be hurt in the end, but admitted that he loved Baldwin.
Bieber went on to explain that he has a lot that's already committed to, and he didn't want to start feeling as if the woman in his life, Baldwin or anyone else, was an added responsibility. He also said he was being careful with his person life as to no damage anybody with his behavior.
"What if Hailey ends up being the girl I’m gonna marry, right? If I rush into anything, if I damage her, then it’s always gonna be damaged,” he said.
Following Bieber’s interview, Baldwin confirmed to E! News that she and the pop star were in a non-exclusive relationship, explaining that so soon before his tour, it simply didn't make sense for them to further complicate their relationship.
In addition to Baldwin, Bieber was recently linked to "Shades of Blue" actress Sarah Jeffery, ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez and "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Kourtney Kardashian.
