"Kingdom Hearts 3" is speculated to be released on 2017, and may extend beyond "Kingdom Hearts'" third installment.
Many gaming enthusiasts are anticipating the unveiling of "Kingdom Hearts 3"; however, no official release date has been proclaimed - just yet. Gamers are excited, especially with the speculations about the famous upcoming action role-playing game.
The game hasn't even released and played by gamers yet, but rumors has it that "Kingdom Hearts" may extend beyond the third installment. The game's creator discussed with NowGamer and shared with them the possibilities of the series continuing after the third game.
According to Tetsuya Nomura, "There has been no discussion yet as to the end of Kingdom Hearts especially between me and Disney, so their intentions are really unclear. However, while innovating Kingdom Hearts, this can be a task done by just Disney."
He also mentioned that they will come up a unique "Kingdom Hearts" story for the next generation. It's just a matter of the timeframe or how long he can polish the franchise. He added that he was unsure if fans will simply enjoy having Disney create the game itself, or having it as a collaboration between his creativity and Disney. "Kingdom Hearts" is actually a joint project between Square Enix and Disney, so it will seem unlikely if either company will solely work on it.
As per Gaming Bolt, the franchise has currently over three games, which include "Kingdom Hearts 2.8." Nomura says that Disney is not a company that will end a franchise if it's working well. Disney is not talking about a potential end date due to the title continuing to be a hit among gamers. As of this moment, many gamers anticipate "Kingdom Hearts 3," so Disney may need to create more installments if enthusiasts accept the upcoming game very well.
As per Movie Pilot, a 2016 launch for "KH3" seems unbecoming, if this game will not come out this year. Fans can remain optimistic if the game developers will furnish more enriching storyline and content as well. Despite the delay, gaming enthusiasts can be sure that they will have a worthwhile experience even for the wait.
