Lindsay Lohan was infected with Chikungunya, an untreatable illness, while spending the Holiday season in Bora Bora, but she's decided not to allow the disease slow her down.
The "Mean Girl Star" has been relaxing, jet-setting, and working hard for her physique. Though reports have revealed that she's been infected with Chikungunya through a mosquito bite, she has still maintained her humor.
Saturday, on her Instagram account, Lohan posted a bedroom selfie, which apparently drew flooding criticisms.
While in her bedroom, standing in front of a mirror, she took a selfie wearing nothing but a pair of CK undies and a body-hugging shirt. Despite committing frequent skips on her obligatory community service, the image on the other hand shows that she isn't skipping gym schedules.
The image was posted with the caption, "#mycalvins are fighting back Chikungunya, hehe."
Though there are those which think that Lohan could join Justin Bieber in promoting the CK underwear, others have accused her of altering the snap digitally. Altered or not, numerous people are just happy that she's recently stayed-out of trouble.
"I realized that I have to mature and London is a far better place to do it that anywhere else in the world," she told The Guardians. "I will never live in L.A. again, never," she added.
The post has earned more than 50, 000 likes, already.
Lohan has contacted Chikungunya, a disease that causes joint pain and fatigue, while on a vacation before the New Year's Eve. She was hospitalized in London because of it.
