"How to Get Away With Murder" season 2 will finally reveal the identity of Wes' (Alfred Enoch) mom's killer.
In "Something Bad Happened," Wes will be reminded of the night that his mom was killed.
At the young age of ten, Wes recalled that he held a bloody knife in front of his dying mother.
While speaking with either Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) or Laurel (Karla Souza), Wes will contemplate as to whether or not he indeed took his mother's life.
However, a shocking twist is expected to be shown on the upcoming episode of "How to Get Away With Murder" season 2.
The teaser for the 13th episode showed Annalise running away from Rose's apartment the night she was murdered.
This has led fans to speculate that Annalise might have been Rose's killer.
Since anything can happen on a "twisted" show like "How to Get Away With Murder," it's very possible that the young Wes walked into Annalise stabbing Rose.
Out of shock, Annalise might have handed the knife to the young boy.
This could also be a good reason as to why Annalise feels the need to protect Wes at all costs.
Meanwhile, the teaser for the upcoming episode also revealed that there's a serial killer on the loose.
By the looks of it, Laurel could be referring to Wes. If this is the case, Laurel and the members of the Keating Five might do everything in their power to avoid Wes.
In other news, ABC just dropped the synopsis for "Something Bad Happened" which read, "Annalise goes forward with a risky plan to protect the team for Phillip; Wes continues to investigate his mother's death."
"I remember standing over her holding the knife," Wes told Laurel.
"Wes killed his mother?" Laurel asked Annalise.
The voiceover from the clip could also be heard saying, "Next week, the mystery of his mother's death will be solved, but another mystery takes a twisted turn."
"There's a reason why you're not telling him the truth?" Laurel asked Annalise.
"How to Get Away With Murder" season 2 will air on ABC on Mar. 3 at 10 p.m. ET.
