If Apple ditches the headphone jack on the iPhone 7 I swear to Cthulhu I'm switching back to Android.
Probably.
Don't quote me on that.

However, according to new findings, the Cupertino-based tech giant might have a solution in place, as Apple has been granted a new EarPod headphones patent on Tuesday, hinting that this may be the replacement for iPhone 7's supposed to be headphone jack.
The said patent is for headphones that can be connected to an iPhone, both wired and wirelessly. The said earpod headphone can be used even without being plugged in, plus it will have a connector that lets users magnetically attach a cord to their earbuds and the other end into a jack.
Meanwhile, according to WCCF Tech, other speculations surrounding the upcoming Apple iPhone 7 is that it will be equipped with EMI shielding to avoid harmful waves to its users, will be equipped with flush camera and stereo speakers plus it'll be as thin as iPod Touch.
It is also predicted that the Apple iPhone 7 will be completely waterproof; however, Mac Otakara slammed the said rumor and reported that Apple will keep similar metal case to iPhone 7 that was present in iPhone 6S. This may not be completely waterproof but it will be more water resistant compared to the older models.
Furthermore, since Apple is traditionally announcing iPhone models in two variants, the company will also unveil iPhone 7 Plus alongside iPhone 7. It is said that the iPhone 7 Plus will be equipped with dual camera system to differentiate it from the iPhone 7; however, a new report stated that apart from iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, Apple will be introducing a high-end iPhone 7 Plus variant that will be called iPhone Pro, which will incorporate the dual lens camera system.
The Cupertino-based tech titan is expected to announce the iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone Pro in September, alongside a 4-inch iPhone called iPhone SE and a 9.7-inch iPad.
