New "No Man's Sky" details will feature Hello Games' stance on the virtual reality gameplay features, pre-order bonuses and a rumored Mac version of the game.
Hello Games announced that their latest sci-fi video game "No Man's Sky" will be be release on June 21 in the United States and on June 24 in the United Kingdom for the PlayStation 4 and PC platforms. Video game retailer shop GameStop offered gamers a pre-order deal for "No Man's Sky" at a price of $59.99 and they will receive two bonus items for the game; the Rezozu Z65 and Starting boost pack.
The Rezozu Z65 is a multi-tool that comes with the plasma upgrade which is pre-installed. This helps gamers to stay safe and mine resources faster as they explore the infinite unknown frontier. The Starter boost pack contains 10,000 units when starting the game as gamers can buy a faster ship, purchase powerful weapons and exotic resources.
There is also the upgraded Alpha Vector ship which features upgraded laser for protection and a hyperdrive that lets players jump to the nearest solar systems. These game codes will be emailed to online customers two days after the "No Man Sky" is shipped. Codes will be printed on their receipt if they are to pick the game up at the store.
In other news, Hello Games director Sean Murray clears out several details regarding "No Man's Sky's" VR gameplay feature as he told Kinda Funny Games that it would be a really exciting title for VR gameplay and that Hello Games think it would be cool, but they are a tiny team working on the game right now.
Nontheless, Murray and the rest of game developers have shown enthusiasm on the feature considering they have post-launch plans for "No Man' Sky" using feedbacks from gaming fans. The VR gameplay for "No Man's Sky" in the PlayStation VR could be the gateway for other VR headset devices such as the Oculus Rift or HoloLens.
Lastlly, several rumors are making rounds that "No Man's Sky" could have a Mac version very soon.
According to MacWorld, its is theorized that "No Man's Sky" for the Mac version could launch next year, due to the fact that Hello Games is planning on more post-launch plans for the game.
Although gamers can install a window program on their Mac computers for them to play "No Man's Sky". the possibilities are still endless and gamers will just have to wait for Hello Games' plans after they launch the game on June.
