Apple has released its newest iOS update for iPhone, iPod and iPad users. While the previous updates had some bug issues, this new and free iOS upgrade promises a smoother and much-improved performance.
The iOS 9.3 will definitely make Apple users' lives easier and more comfortable as its features help them stay organized and sleep better, CNet reported.
Several studies have found out that using phones at night, or before bedtime, could ruin one's sleeping pattern. The blue light emitted by LED screen blocks the production of melatonin that causes the sleep delay. Warmer colors such as red, orange and yellow are said to be good to the eyes as it could help your body sleep quickly and naturally.
Apparently, Apple has heard the cry of its avid followers as it introduced the Night Shift feature on its iOS 9.3 upgrade. This feature will allow iPhone, iPod and iPad users to customize the color temperature of their screens and schedule it until morning. Generally, Night Shift is designed to lessen amount of blue light to a warmer color spectrum so Apple users could go to sleep with no trouble.
The iOS 9.3 update also come with an enhanced Apple News app. The said feature allows Apple users to find news stories that are fit to their interest aside from the suggested trending topics being display on the feed. Aside from that, iPhone, iPod and iPad users can now watch videos at their fingertips on the newly-upgraded Apple News app.
As for the Apple Note app, the iOS 9.3 upgrade unveiled an option to protect individual note entries with a password or using the Touch ID feature. Moreover, one can now organize notes by sorting it by date or title.
Clearly, Apple wants to make the lives of its users easier and more convenient. Hence, the newest iOS 9.3 upgrade now offers new and improved Quick Actions. iPhone 6s and iPhone 6S Plus users can now enjoy 3D Touch shortcuts for the Settings, Health, Weather, Compass, App Store and iTunes Store apps. Plus, Siri now supports new languages including Malay, Finish and Hebrew.
Meanwhile, the new iOS 9.3 can fix that bug that disabled 64-bit iPhone ad iPads when the date on the device was set to Jan. 1, 1970, MacRumors shared. With this new iOS, bricked iPhone and iPads can now be restored by using iTunes.
