It is certain that Capcom is now developing "Resident Evil 7," which will be unveiled during the E3 2016. There are rumors that "Musical Resident Evil" will come to Japan this fall.
Initially, Capcom teased that "Resident Evil 7" will be different from "Resident Evil 4, 5, and 6" since the company will drop the fast-paced action gameplay and bring back suspense and horror. According to NSEAVoice, it is unclear how Capcom plans to offer horror in the upcoming game, but fans expect the game developer to find the best way of returning old foes in the title.
It would be great to see William Birkins and Nemesis returning from the dead to feature as a surprise boss fight in "Resident Evil 7." The duo forms the scariest villains in the franchise and they should frighten gamers in "Resident Evil 7."
Meanwhile, as fans wait for the actual game to debut, they have a chance to watch musical productions based on the game. "Musical Resident Evil" will see Reon Suzuki as a star headlining the all-female Takarazuka Revue, according to Kotaku. At the same time, G2 will direct and playwright the game with the narrative arc focusing on the original story.
"Musical Resident Evil" will run from September to October in Tokyo, before hitting Osaka in November. "Resident Evil" producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi will oversea the stage production.
