Currently, there are increased rumors and speculations circulating online. While the company is expected to launch a new MacBook Air, MacBook, and MacBook Pro this year, the company may decide to discontinue one of the devices and focus on the other products, according to MNR Daily.

As reported earlier, Apple will release the MacBook and MacBook Pro in different sizes, including a 13-inch model and a 15-inch one. When it comes to specs, some of the possible hardware to come to the new models had been revealed. It is rumored that the 2016 laptops are expected to release with the latest Intel's Skylake processors.

Intel's new chip already made its way to Apple's biggest rivals, which are HP, Dell, and Microsoft. The upcoming laptops will as well sport USB Type-C ports in different configurations and number of ports.

With regard to storage capacities, reports indicate that latest laptop models from other manufacturers are already incorporating 256GB and larger internal memories. As a result, it is expected that the Cupertino-based tech giant will follow suit and offer at least the same amount of internal storage capacity for its upcoming models.

Other speculated specs and features for the upcoming 2016 MacBook Pro and MacBook include Touch ID fingerprint sensor, a sleek design, and the likely addition of Siri for the MacBook. According to News Every Day, Apple's latest laptops will be revealed at the Worldwide Developers Conference, which is slated for June. However, since Apple is yet to say anything about the circulating rumors, fans should wait until the company does so.
