Katy Perry has promised a "female-fun" night for the upcoming Super Bowl 2015 half-time show performance, but Taylor Swift is not likely to be invited.
Allegedly, the pop stars have been feuding since fall when the "Shake it Off" singer revealed that her "straight-up enemy" is the inspiration of the song "Bad Blood."
Besides Perry's cryptic tweet, which most people thought was for Swift, the "Roar" singer has not addressed the spat but it does not mean she never will. Perry knows that Swift's song is pointed out to her and that is why she tweeted that post, according to US Weekly,
"If someone is trying so hard to defame my character, you will definitely hear about it," Perry told Billboard magazine. She told the publication that she wants to feature herself "as a quintessential Katy during the show."
For now, the "Dark Horse" singer's focus is on her Super Bowl 2015 half-time show, which according to her is "the biggest event" of her career.
While there are no further details revealed regarding the show besides Leny Kravits and Missy Elliot joining her at some point in the show, Perry has excitedly expressed that "the show" is worth every minute of waiting, especially that she will be spending great time with other superstar guests.
"All I can say is that the night will be a real female-fun," she said.
"It is the exclamation point on the whole last cycle. The cherry on top of everything I have already done," she concluded.
