"Teen Wolf" season 6 will see the return of Cody Christian as Theo in the hit MTV series. Turns out, his dead sister, who was seen pulling him into a hellish pit in the season 5 finale, did not succeed after all.
During Christian's Q&A Panel at the OZ Comic-con in Perth, via Spoiler TV, the actor reportedly confirmed that he will be returning come "Teen Wolf" season 6. On his official Twitter page, the actor posted that while Theo has been dragged to hell that does not necessarily mean that he is gone for good. He also explained that he could not reveal more details as he, himself, does not know what will happen next season.

Speaking to TV Guide, "Teen Wolf" creator Jeff Davis admitted that it was difficult to say goodbye to Cody Christian in the season 5 finale. The showrunner, however, hinted that fans may have not seen the last of him just yet.
"I wouldn't close the door on him just yet. We love Cody Christian both as an actor and a professional," Davis said.
Carter Matt also pointed out that Theo returning in season 6 is not quite surprising, adding that Christian's character was "one of the most polarizing characters" in "Teen Wolf." Although some fans may have been able to breathe a sigh of relief now that he is gone, some were definitely thrilled to hear about his return, especially those who "love to hate" his character.
The outlet also speculated that Theo may return much stronger than ever after spending some time in hell, which will ultimately pose problems for the others.
"The last time that we saw the character, it was in a rather creepy form as we observed him being taken under. That could alter him in some way; or, it could just make him even angrier and more intent on destroying Scott McCall and his pack once their interests are no longer as aligned."
