While critics mocked Justin Bieber for his Calvin Klein underwear ads, Posh Spice Victoria Beckham's husband David Beckham has nothing but praises for the 20-year-old Canadian pop star.
Having modelled underwear himself, the 39-year-old retired football superstar admitted to Marc Malkin of E! that he is a fan of Bieber's underwear ad campaign.
"Not bad, not bad, not bad. He looks good in his underwear ads. He looks very good," Beckham said of Bieber.
When Malkin told him he also looked good, Beckham laughed and said, "Thank you, but I'm slightly older."
Aside from being a legendary sportsman, Beckham has also stripped down to his pants for such fashion brands like Emporio Armani and H&M.
It appears, however, that Mark Wahlberg's wife Rhea Durham is not on the same page with Beckham when it comes to Bieber's Calvin Klein modelling efforts.
After Bieber's underwear ad was unveiled, Durham tweeted, "My baby was the 1st and the best and not to mention.....wow the retouching."
Durham was referring to Wahlberg being the model of the 1992 Calvin Klein underwear campaign and the critics clamour that Bieber's version was photoshopped to give him more toned physique and bigger crotch.
After the allegations that his Calvin Klein underwear ad has been digitally enhanced, Bieber was the subject of a parody in "Saturday Night Live."
Bieber tweeted the show's team to show his appreciation saying, "Well played. Lol."
Recently, Bieber also confirmed on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that he will be roasted on Comedy Central Roast.
