Vegeta vs. Hit in episode 38 of "Dragon Ball Super". The episode reveals that Hit has a technique that he is difficult for his opponent to see. Find out what happens in the episode.

Recap - "Dragon Ball Super" episode 38 "Here's Universe 6's Final Warrior: Hit, Mightiest of Men!"
The episode begins with Whis revealing that Hit has never failed to miss the target he has been appointed to take down. He is facing Vegeta and he is determined to beat him. Vegeta says that Hit looks quite calm and laid back and it is likely that he is quite powerful.
Jaco, too, is unable to see the moves made by Hit. Vegeta tries his best to stop Hit from dodging but his efforts fail to give any results. Kuririn is asked by Goku to give a Senzu to Vegeta so that he can rejuvenate.
Meanwhile, Whis points out that Hit is targeting at the vital points of Vegeta. Hit is disappearing and this move is explained by Jaco.
According to Jaco, Hit only disappears when he attacks. Goku wonders if he is invisible.
The Galactic King knows about the technique being used by Hit in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 38. It is called the time skipping technique.
During the episode, Hit asks the referee if killing the opponent is against the rule. The referee tells him that it is indeed against the rule. Hit questions that Vegeta cannot surrender in that knocked out state. the referee declares that Hit is the winner.
Bulma is unhappy and she tells Jaco to apprehend for breaking the law against controlling time. However, the Galactic King and Jaco choose to ignore her request.
Next up is Goku vs. Vegeta. Goku asks Vegeta, Jaco and the King for any tips to tackle Hit. While Jaco and the King have nothing to offer, Vegeta tells him to do his best.
Meanwhile, Beerus knows the technique to beat Hit and tells Whis to inform Goku about it. However, Whis feels that Goku must figure out himself as it will be good for his training.
Hit tells Goku to transform but he has no such plans and declines his proposal.
Whis makes a massive revelation regarding Monaka. He informs that Monaka is nothing but an amateur. Beerus has been lying about him being the ultimate and it is to motivate Goku and Vegeta.
Now this explains why Beerus wanted Monaka to be the last fighter. However, it has to be seen if Monaka is really an amateur or if he is capable.
