The first peek at the upcoming season of MTV's "Scream" gives fans an eerie look at who will come back to the series for season 2. The new sinister trailer officially confirmed that Emma Duval (Willa Fitzgerald), Audrey Jensen (Bex Taylor-Klaus), Noah Foster (John Karna), Kieran Wilcox (Amadeus Serafini), Jake Fitzgerald (Tom Maden) and Brooke Maddox (Carlson Young) will be back for round two.
Previously scheduled to commence on May 31, MTV network took to Twitter on April 8, Friday, to announce that the slasher TV series is now going to return on May 30.

The announcement was accompanied by a twisted 37-second trailer that reminds fans across the globe two things - trust no one and everyone is a suspect. Another interesting feature found in the trailer is that each of the characters seemingly embraced both the good and evil side, as the light swings overhead.
While fans still do not know what really is in store for all the surviving characters, MTV just revealed the official synopsis for the upcoming second season. According to reports, the upcoming season will be set six months after the events of the first season, and will follow the kids of Lakewood High as they attempt to get to the bottom of the identity of the killer's accomplice.
According to the synopsis of the upcoming season released by MTV, Audrey’s life will be a one big roller coaster ride as she is getting harassed by someone who knows her true connection with the season 1 killer.
Brooke and Jake, on the other hand, are keeping their budding romance a secret from Mayor Maddox, while Noah will grow closer to the truth about the murders from the previous season.
Lakewood's murderous past is brought into focus in the new season, as Emma and all her friends continue to struggle as a brand new killer spawns intent on bringing the town's heroes down in a storm of treachery and bloodshed.
The slasher TV series is expected to introduce a slew of new characters in season 2, including Kiana Lede as Zoe, a driven overachiever who harbors a puzzling secret; a dark and brooding outsider named Gustavo (Santiago Segura) and the father of Gustavo, Sheriff Michael Acosta Acosta (Anthony Ruivivar), an outspoken and experienced cop who returns to his hometown of Lakewood, Yahoo! TV has learned.
