Capcom has recently fulfilled its promise of a "Street Fighter 5" DLC, which would bring improvements and some tweaks to fix some existing game bugs. The update, which caused a 10-hour downtime of game servers, happened on April 28, Thursday.
The biggest addition to the game was a character, Guile, a flat-topped American and the second "Street Fighter 5" DLC character. Like Alex, the first character, Guile will be free until the Zenny item store opens. After this, players will have to purchase the virtual currency or earn it in the game so as to add the character to the lineup.
In "street Fighter 4," guile's storyline had him continue his journey for the search for Charlie Nash, Sonic Boom's original creator. This was after he noticed the French MMA fighter, Abel, using the technique. For now, however, it is not yet clear what his storyline in "Street Fighter 5" will be.
Nevertheless, Capcom has disclosed that he will remain a solid option for the control of both ground and air. One different thing about him is that he has a crouch walk state dubbed Faultless Move, which enables him to keep his charge while he moves forward, VG 24/7 reported.
The "Street Fighter" community has posted a video on Twitter showing this move, alongside a humorous caption "When you're trying to sneak past the boss because you're late for work." Guile is only applicable to North America at the moment, however.

Besides the character addition, the "Street Fighter 5" DLC has also added The Air Force Base Stage, which is available from the in-game shop. It can be bought for 70,000 Fight Money, though it is free for people who have purchased "Street Fighter 5" Season pass.
As for the rage-quitting system, Capcom posted on its blog that it is going to "refine" the feature over time, with more "enhancements" getting added in the near future. This time, the game has launched without a rage-quitting penalty, something that has angered some players.
Additionally, the "Street Fighter 5" DLC has made some improvements to matchmaking, especially in the area of simplifying how one can create and connect Battle Lounges and speeding up matchmaking times.
