Naruto Shippuden episode 458: the Truth (Makoto) is the eighth and last part of the Itachi Shinden arc. At some point in this episode, Itachi's true motive behind his decision to massacre the Uchiha clan and affiliation with the Akatsuki will be revealed.
Summary:
In the wake of Orochimaru's attack on Konoha and the death of third Hokage, Itachi and his Akatsuki partner Kizame arrives in the village for the purpose of gaining intel for Akatsuki. He will meet Naruto, the Jinchuriki of the Eight-tail beast, and his brother Sasuke several years after murdering his own clan.
Little did Kizame know that Itachi is already doing his job as a double agent for Konoha, leaking key information vital for the village's survival. The next scene will show Sasuke, now awakening his Sharingan, battling his older brother to the death. There, Itachi will reveal his reasons behind his actions and his true feelings for his brother.
What to Expect:
-Itachi trapping Sasuke in his Tsukoyomi. It is a retelling of one of the earlier episodes in Naruto, only this time in Itachi's perspective.
-The final battle between Itachi and Sasuke will be relived - again in Itachi's vantage point - along with their showdown with Kabuto as a team.
-The episode ends with Sasuke, Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi still inside the Susano. Sage of Six Paths Madara appears, commencing the start of the Final Showdown saga.

-Episodes 459 was previously titled the Inception but was later changed to "She is the Beginning," suggesting that Kaguya, the mother of Shinobi, will be making his anime debut.
Naruto Shippuden will be aired on Tokyo TV 19:25 programming block (7:25 p.m Japan Time / 6:25 a.m US ET). It will be streamed online on Hulu (US), Viz Media (US) and Crunchyroll (US).
