Having enjoyed four blockbuster titles in April, Games with Gold subscribers are in for another treat in May as Microsoft keeps up the momentum by offering four new entertaining games.
Similar to last month, Xbox One users will receive two dedicated titles; while there will be two new titles for Xbox 360 users too. Gamers owning Microsoft's Xbox One can play all the four games, the last two titles via Xbox One Backward Compatibility. All the four new games for Games with Gold are focus on fun and entertainment, Xbox Wire reported.
Microsoft is offering the 2014 the tower defense action game "Defense Grid 2" (original price $14.99) from at Hidden Path Entertainment & 505 Games and the role-playing video game "Costume Quest 2" (original price $14.99) Double Fine Productions and Majesco for Xbox One console owners.
Then again, Xbox 360 players will receive racing video game go and burn some rubber in the car racing game "GRID 2," developed and published by Codemasters, and the puzzle video game "Peggle."
"Defense Grid 2" introduces a new tower defense gaming genre. The gameplay system of "Defense Grid 2" enables gamers to play the game again and again and yet encounter something special in every battle and each time win in a different way. Xbox One players can download this game will from May 1 to 31, Thurrott reported.
In "Costume Quest 2," gamers will find something unusual and eternally charming. This turn -based role-playing video game allows players to join gallant twins in their hunt for candies and costumes as well as fight against time to prevent Dr. Orel White from conquering the world. This game can be downloaded from May 16 to June 15.
As usual, even "GRID 2," originally priced $24.99 and "Peggle," originally priced $9.99 will be available for a limited period. While "GRID 2" can be downloaded from May 1-15, "Peggle" will be available from May 16-31.
