Bjorn Borg, former world's no.1 and 11-time Grand Slam winner, believes Rafael Nadal is finally back to his old dominant self, all thanks to his confidence-boosting run at the Monte Carlo Masters.
Borg, who once considered as the greatest clay-court player of all time before Nadal burst into the scene in the last decade, thinks the victory at Monte Carlo has catapulted the Spaniard to another level after a series of struggles the past 17 months.
The Swede added that Nadal can be very dangerous for anyone, even against world's no.1 Novak Djokovic at the French Open championship if he continues to build momentum leading up to the major tournament.
Entering the Madrid Masters, Nadal has racked up 10 straight victories, including big wins against Dominic Thiem, Stanislas Wawrinka, Andy Murray, Gael Monfils and Kei Nishikori, whose two-year stranglehold in Barcelona ended at the hands of the red-hot Spaniard.

Borg is just the latest of a number of current tennis stars and legends who believe the King of Clay is back in its old form.
Pete Sampras, who also has 14 Grand Slam titles around his belt, also lauded Nadal for putting up a vintage performance the past two or three weeks, adding that he's just too good and powerful for anyone right now.
Nadal, who will turn 30-years old this June, is setting his sight for his third straight title and fifth Madrid Masters title this week. However, standing on his path to another trophy are his rivals, Djokovic and Andy Murray.
Roger Federer, who was originally slated to compete in the ATP Masters 1000 event, decided to withdraw due to a back injury on Monday. The Swiss' decision to pull out prevented another confrontation with Nadal in the quarterfinal, and more importantly, gave him a much easier task at hand should he reach the final eight.
