"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 episode 23 airs May 12, Thursday. The upcoming segment is titled "At Last" and it happens to be the penultimate instalment. In this one-hour, the show will feature massive relationship drama with a focus on Amelia and Owen, Alex and Jo, and Callie and Arizona. Fans must brace themselves for an intense episode. Recently, ABC released a synopsis for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 episode 23 on its official website. According to the press release, Amelia and Owen's relationship will make major progress in the penultimate segment.
In episode 22, Owen and Amelia admitted their fears related to their relationship. However, they can't deny their feelings for each other. In episode 23, Owen and Amelia will take the big step and take their relationship to a whole new level. What follows after, remains to be seen.
In the meantime, Jolex shippers will finally get some clarity on Jo and Alex's relationship. In the midseason finale (episode 9), Alex proposed Jo with a ring. However, he never got a clear answer from Jo.
Before "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 closes, the show will reveal what lies in their future. In episode 23, Alex will reportedly figure what his future with Jo is like. It can be assumed that he will finally have an answer to the question that remained unanswered for so long.
In addition, Callie and Arizona continue to battle over Sophia's custody issue. Now that the matter has been taken to the court, things get fiery between the two. The current custody arrangement doesn't work out well and the two ladies continue to be on war.
