"GTA" franchise developer Rockstar Games has unveiled another game mode for "GTA Online" titled "In and Out." There are rumors that "GTA Online" is the reason behind the delayed release of the next installment in the "GTA" franchise, "GTA 6."

"GTA Online" latest mode, "In and Out," serves as an adversary mode, and it features some sort of gameplay similar to "GTA Online" capture mode, according to Gamerant. According to the publication, gamers who attack should acquire eight packages for the camp of the defending team. Additionally, the attacking team can purportedly assume that the defense team is well equipped with a large pool of weaponry.

With regard to the "In and Out" mode, players are good to go with their "In and Out Week" bonuses. Apparently, the weeklong celebration with the mod offers gamers double cash and RP for joining the playlist of the week, which can change every day.

The playlist calendar indicates that Adversary mode Playlist 1, which has Hunting Pack, Offense Defense, and Relay, started on April 29 and 30. On the other hand, Adversary Mode Playlist 7 that features Keep the Pace, Hasta La Vista, and Every Bullet Counts, began on May 1 and 2.

Meanwhile, there are speculations that the delay for the next installment in the series may be because of the massive success of "GTA Online." Rockstar Games is now concentrating on releasing new content, deals, and special events for "Grand Theft Auto Online." Seemingly, the strategy has proven to be very profitable for the company. Although "GTA Online" is free to play, the game has several microtransactions to help gamers improve their gameplay experience.

In fact, there is currently a lawsuit filed by former Rockstar North president, Leslie Benzie, against Take-Two Interactive, revealing that "GTA Online" has garnered a minimum of $500 million from the microtransactions, according to GameSpot. In addition, these earnings do not come as a surprise since more than 8 million people reportedly play the game weekly.

The success of "GTA Online" makes it irrational for the developer company to churn out "Grand Theft Auto 6" in the near future. Apparently, Rockstar is yet to release any DLC for "Grand Theft Auto 5." As opposed to developing the storyline for "GTA 5," the company has focused on selling properties, cars, weapons, and outfits to loyal gamers.

"GTA Online" is currently available for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. Watch the footage below for details on the "In and Out" mode.
