Norwich City is second from the last spot of the current league table, four points below the safety zone, with only two games left in their current campaign. They still have a chance to stay in the English top flight if they can win their last two games, otherwise its back to the second division next term.

The Canaries were nipped by contending squad Manchester United, 0-1, also at their home field of Carrow Road last Saturday, as reported by SkySports.

Midfielder Juan Mata scored the lone goal in the contest at the 72nd minute to hand manager Alex Neil's boys their fourth straight loss.

Watford is also reeling at the moment, losing two of their last three outings. However, they are safe from demotion at the 13th spot of the league table as they are 10 points above the relegation area with two games left in their season as well.

The Hornets were blanked by Liverpool FC, 0-2, on the road at the Anfield last Sunday as they were overtaken by Swansea City by two points in the overall standings, as per BBC Sport.

Midfielder Joe Allen and forward Roberto Firmino netted the two goals for the Reds in the contest while head coach Quique Sánchez Flores's side were not able to score any goals.

This game will be more crucial for the Yellows than for the Hornets so it is anticipated that Norwich will come out into the game with more enthusiasm, activity, and attacks.

However, the prediction still favors the Vicarage Road residents as they had been the most consistent team that came from England's second division last season.

The predicted result is a 1-0 victory for Watford.
