The Android M over-the-air update is being rolled out in stages. Therefore, users of the aforementioned devices may have to wait for a few days before each unit receives the firmware notification.
Reports suggest that the Android Marshmallow update also comes with AT&T particular changes.

The latest Marshmallow update brings features such as Google Now on Tap, Runtime Permissions and Doze to the handset.
The electronics company has pushed out the Android 6.0.1 update to Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note Edge, Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S5 Sport and Galaxy S5. It is said that Samsung will also release the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update to the Galaxy A7, Galaxy A8, Galaxy Alpha and Galaxy Tab S2.
Meanwhile, Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 update is also currently rolling out to the HTC Desire 820.
