Owners of iPad Pro are reporting bricked devices. Some users are experiencing random crashes, shorter battery life and Bluetooth problems.
According to a MacRumors report, the 9.7-inch iPad Pro is among the devices experiencing the most serious problems. Users are saying that the iOS 9.3.2 update is causing random reboot cycles, crashing and freezing.
One user said that they have begun receiving random reboots. The user further said that the iPad Pro froze on the screen during reboot. It appears to occur most when switching between Safari and Mail. They had to hold the on and off button to get it unstuck.
Other users have reported that the update have bricked their devices.
Several reports indicate that the tech company Apple is planning to push out an update to fix these and other bugs that went unnoticed before it launched iOS 9.3.2.
The company has acknowledged the problems and said that they are looking into a number of reports that some iPad devices are getting an error when updating the software. Users who are not able to restore the device through iTunes need to contact Apple support.
A user of an iPhone 5s has said that the update deleted all of the album art in their music collection. Some users who have installed the update are facing problems with Bluetooth.
Users are also saying that music is no longer syncing with iTunes since the iOS 9.3.2 update. Other users claimed that the update has resulted in reduced battery life.
Meanwhile, according to a 9to5Mac report, Cupertino-based company has pulled iOS 9.3.2 update for the 9.7 inch iPad Pro after reports that owners were seeing their devices bricked after updating to the newest iOS release. The 12.9 inch iPad Pro is not affected by the bug.
However, the iOS 9.3.2 update has one great feature and that is the ability to use Low Power Mode and Night Shift simultaneously.
Cupertino-based Apple will hold Worldwide Developers Conference from June 13 to June 17 and will give people first look at the new features in Mac OS X 10.12, tvOS 10, watchOS 3 and iOS 10.
