With the air date for “Suits” Season 6 episode 1 already confirmed for July 13, fans of the hit USA legal drama series are eagerly looking for clues online on what to expect after Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) agreed to go to prison after cutting a deal with Anita Gibbs (Leslie Hope).
Many fans have long predicted that Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle) will eventually find out that she is pregnant with Mike's baby in "Suits" Season 6. With her job at Pearson Specter Litt and studying in Columbia Law, they expected the next season to be particularly rough on Rachel. Without Mike by her side, they believed that it will only take a few episodes before Markle's character crack under pressure.
On his official Twitter page, "Suits" creator Aaron Korsh was asked by a fan if the rumors claiming that Rachel will be pregnant in "Suits" Season 6 are true.
"That is an excellent question that I will answer by saying it would be an easy way to go," he replied.
When asked if Mike and Rachel will have a happy ending in the series finale of "Suits," Korsh admitted that it is still "hard to tell" at this point. Could this mean that one of the fan favorite couples in "Suits" will eventually break up?
Meanwhile, Movie News Guide speculated that Rachel may be involved in another affair but this time with her ethics professor, Professor Dunbar, played by Malcolm Gets. It was said that Professor Dumbar will give Rachel the opportunity to showcase her legal skills both inside and outside the classroom. All "Suits" fans know that Rachel has long been waiting for an opportunity to be known more as "Rachel the paralegal" or "Rachel, Mike's girlfriend" so this may just be the break that she is looking for.
The outlet, however, speculated that Professor Dumbar and Rachel may end up getting too close and she will eventually end up cheating on Mike. As the two spend more and more time together, MNG held that they might end up having an affair behind Mike's back.
"Suits" Season 6 episode 1 airs July 13 on USA network. Tune in for more spoilers and cast updates.
