New details for "Batman: Return to Arkham" will feature the game improved graphics and texture in a new trailer and Rocksteady Studios making a "Justice League" game soon.
A new trailer for "Batman: Return to Arkham" features the graphical improvements of both "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "Arkham Knight" from its original content to its HD remaster. The technology used in improving both "Arkham" games is the Unreal Engine 4 by developer Virtuos, who is alsi responsible for the HD remasters of several games such as "Final Fantasy X|X-3 HD" and "Heavy Rain" PS4 remaster, GearNuke reported.
As seen in the video, the graphics and texture of "Batman: Return to Arkham" is lighter and less darker compared to the original games. The original game versions featured in the trailer is from the PC version at max settings, which is considered to be the best-looking version of the both games so far, but with the fourth generation consoles it seems that the PC format will have a slight competition.
"Batman: Return to Arkham" was first spotted in several leaked photos throughout the internet which sparked the speculation that Rocksteady Studios will be making remastered versions fo past "Arkham" titles. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment made it official and launched a game trailer of it in the process. The game features "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "Batman: Arkham City" titles that were first released in the PS3, Xbox 360 and in the PC, excluding "Batman: Arkham Origins" due to its negative feedback from the fans and it is developed by Warner Bros. Montreal.
In other news, it seems that Rocksteady Studios will likely make another DC based game after the "Batman: Arkham" series as several gaming fans speculated that they might be making a new project based from the Justice League.
Rocksteady's last Batman game, "Batman: Arkham Knight" featured many easter eggs that hinted many DC characters such as Superman, Lex Luthor, Wonder Woman etc., so it is possible that the video game developers could be making a Justice League game anytime soon as fans wanted to see how they do it, Gamerant reported.
Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy stated in the an interview that he would love to have to voice again Bruce Wayne in a "Justice League" game as he stated how hard it was to record voice on video games, comapring it to how game developers make games, but the rewards will be worth it.
For now, there is no word yet from Rocksteady Studios if they planned to have Justice League video game title soon.
"Batman: Return to Arkham" will launch on July 26 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles at $50 and will include all of its in-game DLCs.
