"Alice Through the Looking Glass" star Johnny Depp is said to be contempalating to do a sit-down tell-all interview to slam the physical assault allegations raised against him. The actor has been accused of domestic violence by his estranged wife, Amber Heard.
Recent reports stated perturbed by the recently raised accusations, Depp is reportedly considering to go for a detailed interview wherein he can set the record straight that he is not a wife-beater. The 52-year-old is in the mid of a tour with rock band, Hollywood Vampires.
Shortly after the divorce news emerged, Heard showed up in the court with a bruise on her face claiming that Depp repeatedly physically assaulted her. The court has issued a restraining order requiring the actor to stay 100 yards away from her. The judge also gave the actress the right to live in the family home but has rejected the request of $50,000 a month in spousal support.
On the other hand, sources connected to the actor are calling Heard's accusations as outrageous and untrue. His friend, comic Doug Stanhope, has claimed that the actor was being blackmailed and manipulated by Heard since a long time.
"We'd watched her manipulate and f- with him for years. We didn't say a word," The Wrap quoted Stanhope as saying.
Depp's longtime partner and mother of his two kids, French actress Vanessa Paradis, has also come forward in full support of the actor. In a handwritten letter obtained by TMZ, she described her former partner as "a sensitive, loving and loved person". The letter was signed by Paradis in Los Angeles dated May 27, Friday.
The actor's teenage daughter and model Lily-Rose Depp also took to Instagram to show her support for her father. Although she did not directly address the allegations, but did hint at his sweet nature in a throwback pic.

Depp and Heard met on the set of the 2011 film "The Rum Diary," when he was still in a relationship with Paradis. After dating for two years, the two tied the knot in a low key affair at their home. The divorce was filed just three days after the death of the actor's beloved mother, Betty Sue Palmer, and 15 months after the couple tied the knot.
