Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress episode 8 - With the arrival of the Liberator at Shitori Station, Mumei has finally reunited with his brother. Ikoma, who has already developed a strong bond with his fellow Kabaneri, has a rather different view on the liberator's leader to the point that he considers his presence a bit unsettling.
What to expect in next Episode:
-Ever curious about the world and the true nature of kabane, Ikoma looks to know more about the Shogun's son and the leader of the Liberator, whether or not he is really the savior he's trying to project to the people or perhaps someone hiding something sinister up in his sleeves?
-After taking a breather last Thursday, action will go full throttle once again in the upcoming episode with hordes of Kabane wrecking havoc all over the place. This will be the first time the Liberators - including its leader Biba - go in action, showing off their might in their battle against Kabanes.
-This episode will highlight Mumei's emotional struggle once more as she tries to carry on his responsibility as the claw of the Liberators. Of course, Ikoma will be there to back her up. However, Mumei's attachment to the Ikoma and the people on board the Kotetsojyo could also render herself dispensable in the eyes of Biba.

Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress episode 8 marks the final arc of the first season of the series. Tetsuro Araki's latest masterpiece listed 12 episode for this season with the finale schedule in the last week of June.
Episode 8: Mokusu Karibito will be aired on Fuji TV (noitamina programming block) at 24:25 time slot (12:25, Friday Japan Time). Uncensored version of the episode with English subtitles will be streamed online on Amazon Prime at 3:00 p.m US EST.
