Former Spice Girls member Mel B experienced a wardrobe malfunction during a live show of "America's Got Talent" on NBC. However, the host has years of performing experience under her belt that she knows very well that the show must go on.
"I walked out on stage - when all four of us stand out on stage and we walk to our seats - and my zipper actually popped," Mel B told reporters Monday during a conference call that promotes the show. "I could actually feel my pants ripping."
The former Scary Spice just got to her seat with her pants off as they were ripped and she had to sit in a robe on live TV, People reported. As for the talent show, she said the 11th season brings the talent in various forms. She had just sent Lauren Bretan, 13, to the live shows with her golden buzzer.
With singing, dancing, acrobats and other stuff all at once, people are combining their talents. There is a lot of great stuff to expect this season, just as in the case of every season.
The "AGT" judge invited everyone to watch the season play and make their own judgment. The 41-year-old is now on her fourth season being one of the four judges of "America's Got Talent" alongside Program Creator Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel.
With the talent show growing strong, and people tuning in and still loving it, Mel B is happy to still be a part of it. "America's Got Talent" is about giving and everyone does not know what to expect.
The show airs Tuesdays on NBC at 8pm ET. Some plain acts, bizarre acts as well as amazing talents were already showcased during the premiere.
As for Cowell, Mel B said he is honest, and has a brilliant drive and sense of humor. Though people may have pre-conceived ideas about the person now that he is a father, Mel B thinks he is the same - good soul, honest, loyal, golden heart and one who sticks to what he says.
Cowell annoys the judges at times and even does the rudest things to Mel B but then the latter said he is just like a kid playing. He taps his fellow judges' shoulders then annoys them though he loves them, BuddyTV reported.
