“Descendants of the Sun” actor Song Joong-ki became so blessed financially after the 16-episode Korean Hallyu ended in mid-April that he has so many endorsements and is the most popular actor in China and South Korea. On Friday, the new TV commercial of his Domino’s Pizza featuring a prawn-flavored pizza was released to Blossom Entertainment.
The 30-year-old actor is sharing his blessing by being generous to his friends and fans. To fellow actor Kim Min Suk, he gave a brand-new silver refrigerator on the occasion on the housewarming of his co-actor in “Descendants of the Sun.”
The 26-year-old actor, who first competed in the reality show “Superstar K3,” is known for his appearances of “Shut Up! Flower Boy Band,” “Doctors” and “Imaginary Cat,” according to Viki.
Song Hye Kyo, meanwhile, gave Kim Min Suk a washing machine, according to a tweet.
In response to Song Joong-ki’s gift, Kim Min Suk posted the photo of his new refrigerator on Instagram with the note: “Joong Ki hyung, thank you so much!! I will live well. I won’t forget your kindness,” quoted Soompi.
Song Joong’ki’s closeness with fellow actors is perhaps the reason why he and Park Bo Gum are the perfect choices for the bromance commercial of Domino’s Pizza. It is also the likely reason why Yoo Ah In shared his 52nd Baeksang Art Award “Best Actor” trophy and why he appeared in a cameo role in “Sound of Your Heart” which returns a favor to the show’s star, Lee Kwang Soo, who also guested in “Descendants of the Sun.”
