Jennifer Garner and her soon-to-be ex-husband Ben Affleck have been spotted getting cozy on several occasions, making fans wonder if the Hollywood couple is getting back together soon. A new report, however, revealed that the "Miracles from Heaven" star is decided to move on from her husband.
According to People, Garner and Affleck are proceeding with the divorce, contrary to earlier reports. An insider close to Garner said that she is "adamant about going through with it." Amid their recent sightings, the actress also vehemently denied that she is back together with Affleck. She
"She actually almost laughs when asked," the source added.
Although her decision is final, Garner is reportedly in no rush to divorce Affleck. Multiple times, the couple said that their main priority is their three children, Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Sam, 4.
Garner graced the March 2016 cover of Vanity Fair, in which the actress talked about her split with Affleck, her husband of 10 years. The "Elektra" star insisted that they have been separated for months even before the scandal with the nanny came out. Veteran actor Victor Garber, who was the one who officiated Garner and Affleck's wedding in 2005, said that Affleck and Garner will always have love for each other even if their marriage did not work out.
Garner seemed to echo Garber's sentiment and called Affleck the love of her life. She added that she would go through everything that they have been through again. The "Alias" star added that she never married Affleck because he was this huge movie star, she simply married him for him. Garner added that having three wonderful children is the highlight of her life and would not change them for the world.
"He's the love of my life. What am I going to do about that? He's the most brilliant person in any room, the most charismatic, the most generous. He's just a complicated guy. I always say, 'When his sun shines on you, you feel it.' But when the sun is shining elsewhere, it's cold. He can cast quite a shadow."
