Jay Z and Beyonce seemed to have put all the negative vibes behind them, as it is recently reported that the couple are now working on their marriage and even have a new wedding ring to prove their renewed love.
Back in 2014, the marital life of this power couple was bombarded with scandals when Jay Z was reportedly having an affair with the designer Rachel Roy, which pushed Bey's sister Solange to throw a fit during an elevator ride with the former at one event. Followed by the scandal, Beyonce released an album in May, which blew everyone's minds especially her song titled "Lemonade."
The song "Lemonade" was like a narration of how Jay Z cheated on Beyonce with a girl labeled as "Becky with the good hair," and rumors say that Becky in real life was Rita Ora. Although Beyonce and her team kept on denying that the song was about Jay Z's unfaithfulness, people were already 100 percent sure that it was and damage on Jay Z's image has already been done.
According to Headlines and Global news, some sources who were very close with Bey and Jay Z said that the couple has been trying to forget all the scandals that their marriage faced and are now focusing on what's ahead of them. The couple was recently seen in the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Awards, alongside with their daughter Blue Ivy, where Beyonce was going to receive a Fashion icon award.
During the event, Jay Z was seen sporting a new wedding ring, a black and gold engraved ring that is way better than his original wedding band; however, Beyonce was not wearing any new ring just yet, as the Queen B is still finalizing the design for her new wedding ring, Independent.ie has learned.
On the same report, it is said that sources close to the couple shared that Queen B and Jay Z have been spending more time together, especially when the former is not up on stage performing. The source also stated that "If Lemonade was Beyonce's declaration, then this one is Jay's redemption."
Marriage would definitely face a lot of bumps along the way, good thing, Beyonce and Jay Z decided to work things out instead of resorting with divorce.
