Even though DC may have disappointed some of their fans because of how "Batman vs Superman" went down, people are still looking forward to their upcoming film "Justice League."
Since "Batman vs Superman" was one of the most anticipated movie that came out this year, fans were expecting so much as two of the well-known DC superheroes came face-to-face; however, the film got bad reviews and low ratings, and even Wonder Woman can't save the movie from flopping.
Even if DC failed to deliver what their fans are expecting, the company still got a lot under their sleeves like the upcoming "Justice League" movie that would surely give justice to Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman, and the trio's flopped movie would all soon be forgotten.
According to Ecumenical News, fans started to have interest on the upcoming "Justice League" movie when they heard the rumor that there's a chance that Aquaman would be playing as the antagonist in the movie. We all know that Aquaman is part of the League, but rumor has it that the god of the sea would not be that welcoming when Batman and Wonder Woman visits him under the sea.
The reason behind Aquaman's bitterness towards his superhero colleagues is the long feud between his people and the Amazonians (Wonder Woman's people), although this tension between these three superheroes will be short-lived. According to the same publication, Batman and Wonder Woman would have to go through the eye of a needle to finally get Aquaman's heart.
It was also stated that DC already discussed who is going to be the main villain in "Justice League," and it is going to be Steppenwolf. Although it is already confirmed that the villain position is taken, fans are still pushing with the idea that in some parts of the movie, Aquaman would play as the bad guy.
On other news director Zack Snyder and producer Deborah Snyder admitted that "Batman vs Superman" movie served as a "learning experience" for both of them, NME reported.
Since Snyder was severely criticized on his poor directing abilities, he stated that maybe he took it a little too far with the previous movie but he would definitely give a different atmosphere in the upcoming "Justice League" movie.
DC's "Justice League" will premiere on Nov. 17, 2017.
