The latest details for "Spider-Man: Homecoming" will feature a list of possible Marvel characters that Donald Glover will play and Carnage and Miles Morales being teased in the movie.
Two characters from the Spider-man mythos are rumored to join the new "Spider-Man: Homecoming" film from Marvel Studios as "Better Call Saul" actor Michael Mando and "Beast of No Nation" star Abraham Attah are rumored to play the film versions of Cletus Cassidy/Carnage and Miles Morales/Ultimate Spider-Man.
Mando was first teased as Cletus Cassidy.Carnage when the official Twitter page of "Better Call Saul" tweeted that Mando's character Nacho could bring all kinds of "carnage" in the show. With the word carnage being highlighted, it seems that Mando will be debuting in the film as serial killer turned alien killing machine. Carnage in the comics is the second symbiote spawned by the Venom symbiote and has made his way into Cletus Cassidy's cell since Venom's host body Eddie Brock is in the same jail cell as him. Carnage has the same powers as Venom, but more powerful and has the ability to drain someones life force. He is considered one of Spider-man's most dangerous foes.
As for Miles Morales, Attah's inclusion in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" will have Marvel Studios pegged for having their version of the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since he is heavily teased by fan speculations and rumors, Uproxx reported. Miles Morales has been hinted to appear in the movie alongside Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and they might stick to the comics since Miles is slightly younger than Peter in the Ultimate Marvel comics.
In other news, several list of characters are revealed to be Donald Glovers' Marvel character in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" film.
The "Community" star has been rumored to be an older version of Miles Morales, but with Attah being cast in "Spider-Man: Homecoming", it seems that Glover will be playing a different character in the the film.
Some of these characters include Daily Bugle staff member Robbie Robertson, his son Randy Robertson, Flash Thompson, Eddie Brock, Phil Urich/Hobgoblin, Rocket Racer, The Beetle, Ned Leeds, Victor Alvarez/Power Man and even the mugger that killed Peter's uncle, Ben Parker, Screenrant reported.
For now, it is unknown yet as to whi Glover will play in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" as Marvel will reveal more details very soon. Production of the film has alreadty begun as Holland reprises his role as Peter Parker in the film along with cast members Zendaya and Tony Revolori.
Zendaya will be portraying Peter's love interest Michelle, not to mention that Spidey will be facing two villains, Adrian Toomes/The Vulture (Michael Keaton) and Phineas Mason/the Tinkerer (Logan Marshall-Green).
