The latest details for "Fallout 4" will feature a new patch update that fixes issues in mods and "Contraptions Workshop", as well as news that "Nuka World" will not be the last expansion in the sequel.
Bethesda announced a new patch 1.5.4 update for "Fallout 4" fixing several issues regarding mods and the new DLC expansion "Contraptions Workshop". The patch was release first in the PC through beta testing and it is now available for PC users and the patch will launch in the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles sometime this week.
The features on the patch 1.5.4 update will fix the usually bugs and optimizations in the game as well as "important" changes on the weapons and armors in "Contraptions Workshop". These changes include, increased space for Mod text on Mod details page for improved readability, Load Order menu is now has text about each Mod when highlighted, Most Popular filter now toggles between Daily, Weekly and All Time,
Reporting categories are added when reporting a mod, Load Order menu displays options to Disable or Delete All Mods and Count of ratings now appears on Mod details page.
The fixes in the patch 1.5.4 update includes general stability and performance improvements, fixes on issues weapon and armor losing mods as well as losing Legendary status when they are removed from there racks. Improved stability when re-initializing with certain mods in the game, Mod menu will check additional space before downloading new mods, fixes certain mods not downloading properly and in the Load Order menu, WCCFTech reported.
In other news, it seems that Bethesda has several new plans for "Fallout 4" this year and beyond as the companies PR and marketing head Pete Hines told IGN that the "Nuka World" DLC will not be the last expansion of the game.
Many gamers assumed that "Nuka World" will be the final chapter in "Fallout 4's" story, but Hines stated there might be more soon, as the decision to continue the sequel's expansion is not up to him, but the whole development team.
There are also new details on the "Nuka World" DLC as the theme park will be divided into several zones; Safari Adventure, Dry Rock Gulch, Kiddie Kingdom and the Galactic Zone. Gamers will also expect new weapons, armor and monster roaming around the area.
Bethesda's next DLC after "Contraptions Workshop" will be "Vault-tec Workshop" next month and "Nuka World" will launch on August for the console and PC platform.
"Fallout 4" is currently available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platform.
