New "Spider-Man" PS4 details will feature open-world gameplay, a standalone plot and a game demo not coming soon.
The official Twitter page of Insomniac Games tweeted that their will not be game demo for the new "Spider-Man" in the PlayStation 4 anytime soon after several fans tweeted questions on the game developers regarding a playable demo.
In addition, Insomniac confirmed that the new "Spider-Man" game will not be available to the PS Vita, adding the claim that game is only exclusive to the PS4 console. However, the developers revealed that the plot of the "Spider-Man" PS4 game will be a standalone story and will feature a more experienced Peter Parker/Spider-Man and will not tie in to the "Homecoming" film by Marvel Studios, Gamingbolt reported.
Marvel and Insomniac Games will be collaborating together in to embrace what their visions and goals in creating a new experience for the comic book and gaming fans in telling Peter Parker's story as creative director Bill Rosemann assured that Insomniac will deliver something new and exciting in the game.
Rosemann added that the plot will have full of mysteries as there is a story behind everything, delving deeper into the web-slinger's world.
As seen in the game trailer from E3 2016, the "Spider-Man" PS4 game will incorporate an open-world gameplay as gamers will control the web-slinger in the large areas of New York and fight the criminal elements within the city, GameNGuide reported.
Gamers can utilize Spider-Man's wide variety of skills and abilities such as acrobatics, parkour, web swinging many more. Gamers can fight criminals from the ground or over vehicles using Spidey's unique fighting style and web abilities.
There are also hints on which other Marvel characters will appearing in the game such Norman Osborn/Green Gobline and Mister Negative.
Insomniac Games will use the same game engine featured in "Ratchet and Clank" series and confirmed that the teaser was played in the older version of the PS4 console.
Sony and Marvel has not yet announced a release date of "Spider-Man" for the PlayStation 4 and gaming and Marvel fans will eager to know more game details soon.
