Fans will have to wait for a while before "Hunter X Hunter" chapter 361 gets a definite release date as it was announced in the previous Shonen Jump issue that the manga will take an indefinite hiatus once again.
In the previous chapter, Kurapika found out that the strange Nen that killed some of his comrades is one of the princes' doing. However, this ability is said to be triggered while the user is totally unaware of his/her action. The protagonist is believed to find a way who is the prince causing them trouble using his Nen. Also, this led fans over at Manga Helpers to believe that the Jar that grants Nen powers to the princes will play a significant role later on.
Meanwhile, the Phantom Troupe is said to be making their appearance soon as they will be revealed as bodyguards for a certain prince. The prince that they are expected to serve is one of the eldest as the rule states that older princes are allowed to have more bodyguards compared to their younger siblings.
As a quick recap of the previous chapter, the schematics of the Royal Family were revealed. Kurapika, being the youngest prince's bodyguard, is having trouble identifying who he should trust among their ranks. It was then revealed that a Nen user is causing all the commotion and it seems like the ability is mainly mind-control. As Kurapika gets back in the main room, he was attacked by one of the possessed bodyguards but the protagonist is more than ready to counterattack.
In other news, "Hunter X Hunter" chapter 361 is expected to be delayed and the reason for this is yet to be announced, Game N Guide reported. This is no longer a surprise for fans as the manga took at least a year to resume during 2014-2015. With the way things are going, the manga is projected to be back as soon as January 2017, the website added.
It was believed back then that the author, Yoshihiro Togashi gave up with the manga and even bookstores in Japan were starting to drop the said manga. Here is a video recap of the previous chapter.
