Bethesda has just announced that "The Elder Scrolls Online" Gold Edition is set for a Sept. 9 release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and will contain both the base game and all the four DLC packs released so far. The inclusion of the packs is to help "TES" fans gain immediate access to the whole game.
According to "The Elder Scrolls Online" website, the new release will allow players to explore the vast world of Tamriel in just one package. Players will now travel to Abah's Landing to master the art of thievery with the iconic Thieves in Guild.
They will then become deadly assassins of the Dark Brotherhood in the Gold Coast or even ride to Wrothgar to aid the Orc King Kurog in upgrading Orsinium. As a whole package, "The Elder Scrolls Online" Gold Edition includes "TES Online" game packs like Orsinium, Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, Palomino horse mount, along with 500 crowns, Massively Opinion reported.
Later on, there will be a major content update for "The Elder Scrolls Online" yet again dubbed "Shadows of the Hist," which will feature two new Argonian-themed dungeons, costume dying, and a style parlor, among other features. The new dungeons will be named Cradle of Shadows and Ruins of Mazzatun.
These dungeons will be free for players who have active "Elder Scrolls Online" Plus membership. Otherwise, the feature will be purchasable through the DLC Dungeon pack, which will set a player back by 1500 crowns.
On the other hand, the style parlor will add new micro transaction that will enable players to change their appearances or even their race. With the feature, players will become capable of completely redefining their character's appearance, including their hair color, hairstyle, eye color, body markings and voice.
"The Elder Scrolls Online: Shadows of the Hist" is expected to arrive on August 1 for PC and Mac. It will then arrive later, on Aug. 16, for PlaceStation 4 and Xbox One. The release will coincide with a new base-game patch for all "Elder Scrolls" players.
Meanwhile, "The Elder Scrolls Online" Gold Edition is priced at $59.99. Watch a sneak peek of the "The Elder Scrolls Online: Shadows of the Hist" here:
