"Game of Thrones" star Sophie Turner dressed down when she was at Hyde Park in London, England, to attend the British Summertime Festival on July 8, Friday. Her look was a far cry from her Sansa Stark, her character in the hit HBO series.
Apparently, Turner opted for comfort rather than fashion that day. With her long auburn tresses falling over her shoulders in a relaxed tousled style, she wore a casual navy sleeveless T-shirt by Tommy Hilfiger, light blue jeans and a pair of classic white Converse trainers and accessorized with gold stud earrings, gold rimmed sunglasses and a leather strap watch, according to Daily Mail.
Prior to the British Summertime Festival, Turner was spotted at the 10th day of the Wimbledon tennis tournament. She was matched a figure-hugging pencil skirt with white shirt combination to complete a conservative but sassy look.
In the July issue of InStyle, Turner talked about being a teenager starring in a TV show as popular as "Game of Thrones." She said that at first, people are hating on her character in the HBO series because she was a 13-year-old girl who should have "a smart head on her shoulders and make good decisions."
In addition, Turner pointed out that it was difficult when people started to know her name as well as her "Game of Thrones" character's named. For her, the years when she was 16 to 19 were "quite hard."
"You're in the prime of puberty," Turner explained. "Your body is changing, your face is changing, and people still saw me as that 13-year-old girl, with no body, and thought that's how I should look forever."
Turner has been playing Sansa on "Game of Thrones" since 2011. On the big screen, she is set to star in the drama film "Berlin, I Love You" with "Kill Your Darlings" star Jack Huston and in another drama film titled "Alone" with "Shades of Blue" actor Ray Liotta and "Psychopaths" actor Mark Kassen.
The last film Turner starred in was "X-Men: Apocalypse," in which she played Jean Grey. Watch the "Game of Thrones" star in an interview with Conan O'Brien here:
