Much took place during Monday's "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" Season 5 episode 14. Apart from Tammy Rivera opening up about her relationship issues with Waka Flocka Flame, Karlie Redd got a fake proposal.
Episode 14 started with Lyfe Jennings and Redd sitting outside on a bench as they discussed their relationship. Redd has previously confronted her purported boyfriend concerning speculations that she is married. Jennings said that it is just gossip, but added that he knows she has been sneaking behind his back with Scrapp DeLeon.
Jennings then pulled out a beautiful diamond ring and told Redd that it was hers. Thinking Jennings was proposing to her, Redd literally fell off the bench to the ground. When she got up, the singer clarified that it was not an engagement ring.
Apparently, Jennings was making a promise that Redd would never find another man like him. It turned out that the purported proposal was a breakup since the singer told Redd that she could have the ring but she could not have him.
On the other hand, Rivera told Bambi that she and Flame decided to separate so that they could iron out their marriage problems. She added that they were not divorcing, and she hopes that they never reach to that level. However, Rivera admitted that the rapper needed to grow up.
Furthermore, Rivera requested Bambi to help her move out of the home that she shared with Flame. At Rivera's fashion show for her swimsuit line, Rasheeda inquired about Flame, making Rivera to break down in tears as she informed her friend about the separation. Deb Antney as well shared a moment and cried over the breakup.
While things were emotional at Rivera's fashion show, Lil Scrappy showed up with flowers for Bambi in an attempt to win her back. Bambi admitted that she missed him, although the beautiful roses were not going to fix their issues. Scrappy is willing to put the past behind and move on, but his girlfriend is not ready to have him back.
