Although avid fans of the "Red Dead" series had to part away with a disappointing E3 2016, players should look forward for an exciting August. The parent publisher to Rockstar Games, Take-Two, has been confirmed as exhibitors at Gamescom expo in Cologne.

Take-Two has shown the following products and commodity groups: Sport, Action/Adventure, and Strategy. The original "Red Dead Redemption" was listed during the event. It was an open-world, western action-adventure franchise, and many fans believe that this hints at the first reveal and release date for "Red Dead Redemption 2, according to Express UK.

Earlier this year, Take-Two confirmed that Rockstar is set to announce new games. Rockstar is reportedly hard at work on some interesting future projects that will come out soon. The company as well confirmed that it has announced a complete schedule for the fiscal year, which means that no new Rockstar games will come out before 2017.

On the other hand, Bethesda said that they are gearing up for a complete blackout on any new information about the development of the much-awaited "Elder Scrolls 6," according to the same publication. While the developer has talked more about "The Elder Scrolls 6" project in the recent past, it seems like Bethesda will not release any new details for some time.

Bethesda is reputable for keeping their games off the radar until the official release. "Fallout 4" was kept under wrap until E3 2015, and although aficionados knew that the game was likely to come out, they did not have any details. Similarly, the game developer managed to keep the existence of the famous mobile game, "Fallout Shelter," a secret in the current industry.

Responding to questions via Twitter, Bethesda's Pete Hines told curious fans that while the company had confirmed the existence of "TES 6," there would be no new information for a while. Hines refused to give any details about the upcoming installment in "The Elder Scrolls" franchise until its official reveal.

"Skyrim: Special Edition" will be the next big project to arrive from Bethesda. The title will make its premiere on PS4 and Xbox One in November.
