Players are interested in finding all the Pokemons with the Nearby tracker and various Pokemon Go tips, tricks and cheats. However, it is difficult to do so if the app's Nearby tracker is not working.
There are various ways to catch all the Pokemon even without the aid of the Nearby tracker. Gamers can use an online map, which shows the locations where the Pokemon spawn, according to BGR. This map is made by developers who have extracted the data from the Pokemon Go app itself.
Pokemon Go fans can also use the Ingress app to know the locations of the Pokemons. It has also been created by Niantic and hence it has a few similar features with Pokemon Go.
When Pokemon Go's Nearby trackers starts to malfunction then the players can simply open up the Ingress app and be on the lookout for the high density of white dots, which are also called as XM or exotic matter. These white dots indicate the presence of Pokemons as both the real-world augmented reality games use the same map data.
Pokemon Go players can also follow the lead of their peers when their Nearby tracker is not working. If a large group of Pokemon Go fans is rushing off in one direction then it implies that there are some interesting Pokemons to be found there.
Meanwhile, Nick Johnson in the United States is the first documented person to have caught all the available 142 Pokemons. In an interview with Business Insider, Johnson said that he used the data from Ingress a lot to capture Pokemons when his Nearby tracker was not working.
Pokemon Go's Nearby tracker is a nifty little feature to tell the gamers how far they are from the nearest Pokemons. It shows the outline of the Pokemon, which is available in the vicinity and the approximate distance.
However, the immense popularity of the game has forced the game developer Niantic to turn off the feature as their servers are over-burdered. Hence, the Pokemon Go fans are facing issues in capturing the Pokemons in their vicinity.
